Here are a few samples of the vinyl materials we use when printing and wrapping vehicles or buildings. There are cheaper brands available that other sign makers use but we do not recommend them because of the inferior quality.

Roland ESM-PCV2 - This new glossy cast vinyl offers excellent print quality and conformability for a wide variety of jobs. This product has a special permanent removable adhesive that is durable but easier to apply and remove than traditional permanent adhesives. It is conformable to rivets and irregular curves or indentations, although lamination is highly recommended for any type of fleet or vehicle applications or to protect images from abrasion and chemical deterioration.

Roland ESM-PWV: Premium Wrap Vinyl - This premium 2 mil opaque high gloss cast vinyl is equipped with Avery Dennison's Easy Apply RS adhesvice technology and air egree properties.  The specialized adhesive is respositionable and slideable which allows the material to glide across vehicle surfaces for exact graphic placement.  Micro channels that are embedded in the adhesive coating reduce wrinkles and air entrapment that is associated with vehicle graphic installations.  Roland Premium Wrap Vinyl also removes cleanly allowing for reduced labor on end life graphic maintenance.  For best results, protect with PGM-OLPG2 or PGM-PMCO overlaminates.

Arlon DPF 4560GTX is a 3-mil glossy white calendered film coated with bubble releasing, tinted, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. The X-scape system allows installers to achieve speedy installation while maintaining high enough tack to ensure long term bond. DPF 4560GTX combines the best of both worlds – ease of installation and durability of adhesion. Designed for indoor and outdoor promotional graphics, DPF 4560GTX is made of 100% polymeric face stock with a poly-coated liner. The gloss face stock is designed for applications requiring High Gloss or more image “pop.” The special tinted adhesive system is designed for opacity to cover existing graphics or dark substrates. DPF 4560GTX is rated for outdoor durability up to 5 years (unprinted).Series 3220 and 3230 are constructed of 2-mil cast vinyl film with clear, permanent pressure-sensitive adhesive. Designed to protect and prolong the life of printed images, Series 220 and 3230 extend the life of the graphics by 2 years. Series 3220 and 3230 are rated for outdoor durability up to 7 years. This product is not designed to be used as an optically clear window film.

Arlon DPF 6000 is a 2-mil gloss white cast film with tinted, repositionable, permanent pressure sensitive adhesive. Designed for large format graphics, DPF 6000 is made of premium quality cast face stock with a special lay-flat liner. The special adhesive system is designed to provide excellent opacity, as well as easy installation. The film provides superior conformability around rivets, curves, and contours. DPF 6000 is rated for outdoor durability up to 7 years (unprinted).
