Our space murals are printed from high resolution images that were taken by different telescopes like the Hubble and offer you some of the best images seen by man in history. We can print them in resolutions from 720 DPI to1440 DPI (dots per inch) making them look as good as a photo enlargement for a fraction of the cost. Never before have wall murals been available on large format adhesive vinyl's and banner materials like this. We even have a new artist canvas material that can be stretched on frames and hung like a painted picture.

We can print on adhesive backed vinyl for application to ceilings or walls or on a smooth banner material that can be hung from ceilings and displayed on both sides. Add text or titles or create a collage.

SPACE IMAGES: Space photos can range in size from poster size to billboard size. Some images can be used for wall murals and some can only be used for partial murals and posters. The files sizes range from 300 kilabytes to over 1 gigabyte.

RIP: The larger the file size the better the image will look close up. Some of the the files weuse are 5 - 10 times larger than the best consimer camera avaialble. These large images require us to use special RIP software and printer memory to be able to print to large formats. We can enlarge photos that are sent to us but the qaulity is limited to the original qaulity and resolution.

The smaller photos are used for partial murals, posters, framing and decals.

SIZE: The pixel size determines the maximum size any image can be printed. You can scale up an image 200% but it depends on how it is being viewed. If the image is viewed from a close range say a room you do not want to enlarge i to much or you will see pixelation. If it is going to be viewed from 100 feet away like a billboard then you can enlarge much more.

CROP: Photos can be cropped to any shape. Crop means you can trim the sides or top of the image away to fit a certain size rectangle.

CONTOUR: We can also make a photo into a circle, octagon, or any shape you want. You can send us the shape you want or we can use outline of a horse, a car or any shape you want.

SENDING IN PHOTOS: We offer custom wall murals made from your own photos. You can send us any photo to be enlarged to any size. When shooting a photo you plan to blow up in size use the highest resolution setting on your digital camera. The lower the resolution the smaller the enlargement.

35 MILLIMETER: If you have old photos or even new ones shot with a 35 millimeter photo camera we can scan the photos into our computer and blow them up to wall mural size for printing. Make sure there are no scratches or they will also be printed.
