Thermo-Flex
Plus is a heat transfer material suitable for most cotton,
cotton-polyester, wool, lycra, and other basic fabrics including
many athletic mesh fabrics. The self adhesive layer permits
high speed cutting, ultra-fine detail, and easy weeding. Cut
in mirror image through adhesive layer (dull side) to the
plastic backing. Weed the excess material and lay the cut
pattern on the fabric. Cover the design area with paper or
cloth release sheet. Irons can be used, but for best results,
a heat press is preferred at 340º-350ºF
for 20 seconds. When transfer is cool to the touch, peel away
backing sheet. Transferred image may be covered with a non-stick
sheet and re-heated if necessary. You should use firm or hard
pressure for proper transfer.

Application Instructions:

Create plotter file in mirror image
|
Cut mirror image on plotter and weed design
|
|
Position weeded design on shirt
|
Place Teflon sheet or silicone release sheet over
design
|
|
Hard pressure 345o to 350o F for 20 seconds
|
Rub design with pad or eraser while still hot
|
|
Remove backing after cooling
|
Completed shirt
